Job description:-

Electromechanical commodity

1) Should have Mfg process knowledge on Motors and Actuators

2) Should have Mfg process knowledge on wiring harness and connectors, Pins

3) Should have complete knowledge on materials used and its applications

4) Should be able to do Should costing for part and Assembly levels

5) Should understand direct manufacturing like machining, casting, Injection molding mfg process, Machines used, Equipments used etc

6) Should be able to do good presentation skills

7) Should have product tear down knowledge and Estimations, measurement, VAVE skills

8) Should be able to calculate Machine hr rate, Labor hr rate, cycle time for each operation, Inspections methods and Packing / Transport cost.
