Job description:
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant product development or R&D experience (preferably in Medical device  industry)
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - B.E / B.Tech / B.S / M.E / M.Tech / M.S
•Interface engineer between Design team and manufacturing team
Experience in Product development.
Experience in process development support.
Experience in Test fixture design
•Experience in using Solid works tool

• Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA process and root cause investigation.
• Knowledge / experience on FDA submission, MQMS process - ISO 13485.
• Proven record of interpersonal skills to handle client, Result oriented and self-driven.

-       Experience in OEM eclectic system test bench, pre-production and production release process and validation
-       Understanding of vehicle Electrical and Electronic architecture and the operation of electro-mechanical systems
-       Good knowledge/experience in System Engineering of Driver Assistance/Active Safety systems and system Validation

4) Should be able to do Should costing for part and Assembly levels
5) Should understand direct manufacturing like machining, casting, Injection molding mfg process, Machines used, Equipments used etc
6) Should be able to do good presentation skills
7) Should have product tear down knowledge and Estimations, measurement, VAVE skills
8) Should be able to calculate Machine hr rate, Labor hr rate, cycle time for each operation, Inspections methods and Packing / Transport cost.
